My son had totaled his SUV and I had to get him another vehicle (SUV) as quick as possible. I contracted with a company that seemed fine and paid a $150 Broker fee and waited for a pick-up time. They called a week later and said I had to pay an extra $100 if I wanted the vehicle picked up soon. This was after I and waiting a week for pick-up. Calls and e-mails back to that company to find out why the price went up after we contracted went unreturned after that first time I confronted them on a change. Very annoyed, I searched for another company and found Evergreen on the Hemmings Motor News website. From the first phone call Ashley understood my sistuation and vowed to act honestly and on my behalf. It was like she wanted me to know the entire industry was not dishonest. We spoke on a Friday and Monday evening the vehicle was picked up; this with their standard service level. I did pay in advance with a check. The driver was polite and considerate of the vehicle. I had his number and was free to call him to see his progress. The vehicle arrived on the following Friday as promised; he even refused a tip. I highly recommend Ashley and her company with complete confidence and would not hesitate to use them again.
