The initial delivery date was set for August 17th. We were then promised August 28th, 29th and the the 30th. For those three days, a specific window was provided. I hired staff to wait for the package which never arrived. For the 30th, I even followed up with an gent who clearly stated it will be there within an hour. Three hours later, once again it failed to arrive. I have contacted the vendor to return the product. I just cannot believe in today's world that a company can be in business with such lousy service. On the positive side, agents pickup the phone promptly and are very pleasant.
