Incompetent scheduling

I am a business customer of Estes Express. We placed a large freight order with them and the first day they did not pickup. I called Estes and they promised it would be picked up the next day. The next day the truck arrived and refused to pickup the freight because it was a large shipment and he said he would not have enough room to pickup our order and the next 3 pickups that were scheduled for him. I asked why it was that our missed pickup order was not prioritized over the following pickups and he had no answer and left. When I called Estes, they give me the run around and make promises that they do not keep. Estes has all of the freight dimensions and weight information prior to scheduling for a pickup, so why is it that their trucks cannot accommodate a pickup? It makes no sense to me.
