Unmotivated, rude, unaware customer service – appointments mean nothing to them – they place no value on your time. It was misfortunate to deal with this company. Do not deal with companies that use this company as delivery service. Purchased kitchen cabinets that used this company – would not deal with them if I knew it would be that much hassle.
