I would give negative stars if it were possible. AGAIN, (5th time now) they scheduled a delivery between 10AM & 5PM. And when I contacted customer service @ 4PM was told it didn't make out on a truck!. I have now wasted a full work week (40 hours) waiting for non-existent deliveries! I wouldn't let these morons ship used baby diapers!!! AND customer service reps all have bad attitudes. If I was corporate I would FIRE the entire local staff!
