Horrible delivery experience

Delivery was 3 days late. I asked the driver to put the 189 lb sleeper sofa in my garage. The box was on a broken wooden pallet that was on a fork lift mover. He made many attempts to get the pallet over the edge of the driveway into my garage but was shoving it each time and I had to repeat myself to stop and try doing something different. The pallet kept breaking into pieces. He ran into my husband's Harley Davidson three times, and I had to keep telling him to stop. He ruined some of my garage floor tiles. He ran the blue hand truck into the box and made a hole. He refused to take the broken, splintered palate with him. When he finally did, he left broken, splintered pieces in my garage, in the driveway, and on the store which I had to pick up. He almost knocked over the Harley. I was in tears. Absolutely horrific experience. His actions were just unconscionable. I don't know what kind of people work for Estes in Stafford, VA but obviously they do not care, they are not well trained, and this person damages property. I cannot believe what I experienced from this employee. This is the worst delivery experience I have ever had.
