Home Depot contracted with Estes to deliver some construction materials to my home. They were due to be delivered on 4/18/22. I called Home Depot for status update on 4/25/22 and was told that they were delayed in a facility an hour from my home due to inclement weather. The weather has been perfect for 2 weeks. I asked Home Depot to make a note of this on my purchase record. I wonder if they will hold the revised date of 4/29/22? I had a similar issue with Walmart several years ago with Estes losing the patio furniture and luckily Walmart sent a replacement at no cost. How is this company still in business and why are retailers still using them?
