They delivered and left boxes in my front yard unattended, they left pallets of garbage and food outside of my garage door. They forged my signature on the BOL, they also forged the portion of the BOL that says I agreed to leave the boxes at the door by term. I mailed a check and it most of got lost. My Estes bill was around $690 I got put in for collections for an amount of $1970 When I called they said the increase was a tariff for not paying on time. I did not sign an agreement that stated if payment was late, there would be a late fee or a tariff. Estes has predatory business practices and poor service and personnel. I will be filing a report with the government for forging my signature which is easy to prove. I have the camera footage to show I wasn't home when you delivered the goods
