still no delivery

I need a part to repair the solar system on my house. Without power, I cannot heat my house, amongst other things. I ordered the part - not avialable locally - with 2 day shipping, Unfortunately the seller made the gross mistake of choosing Estes. It was supposed to Feb. 23. My package has been sitting at the Estes location 3 miles from my home since that date. It's now a full 8 days later, and the tracking says it's still there. I left a message and email on the 28th. No response. I've been on hold now for 20 minutes, for the second time, listening to their automated voice tell me how great they are at customer service. There is snow coming this weekend and my house has no power, solely because of the gross incompetence of this company which apparently does NOT believe in taking packages 'the final mile.'
