My item has been sitting at there warehouse now for 3 days, which should have been delivered 3 days ago! It’s an item to help keep my home warm and it’s been bitter cold! I would give this company a zero star rating if it was possible! DO NOT SHIP THROUGH THEM. On a side note, I ordered 3 other items and they were shipped FedEx and they arrived on time! Very disappointed with this carrier!
