Twice they scheduled deliveries and no-showed both times.

They received my shipment and it sat on their docks for over two weeks. They never made any attempt to contact me and schedule a delivery time. After reaching out to them several times with no response I finally got a hold of someone. They told me they hadn't delivered it yet because I didn't have a forklift. How do they know I didn't have a forklift? They never called to find out. If I need to rent one, I need to know the date and time they will deliver so I can have it ready. But the package wasn't even that big, so I have no idea what that was all about anyway. They finally scheduled a window of delivery. Wednesday between 10am-2pm. So I take the day off work. I get several of my friends to take a day off work to help me. The package never shows up. They just don't deliver it. No phone call, no email. Just no show. So I call and they tell me they won't be able to get it to me. The soonest they can have it to me is the following day. They promise to have it on the first truck out and set another window between 7-9am. So I take another day off work and again, the delivery never arrives. So I call in, definitely agitated, and the representative tries to tell me they never scheduled a delivery time and calls me a liar for saying they did! Insane. I told them I would rent a truck and just go pick it up from their dock myself and she said she not to bother because she wouldn't release it me! So they won't deliver it, I can't pick it up, and I've already missed two days of work waiting for it. How much money do I need to lose before they can be expected to do their jobs?
