Delivered my shipment almost two full hours AFTER the delivery window they provided with NO communication. I called to ask when they would arrive - the customer service rep tried checking with dispatch but couldn’t get ahold of them and never called me back. They did show up eventually, but then refused to use the sand I had available to fill the umbrella base because it was located at the top of the driveway. They said they didn’t have time to get it (literally less than 30 seconds to walk to where the sand was) because they had other deliveries scheduled. Then they left the packing material behind for the umbrella base out in my driveway - why didn’t they remove and dispose of it as they were supposed to? I read the insane amount of horrible reviews you guys have online before the shipment arrived and really hoped this time would be different.
