Late and Lousy Customer Service and Terrible phone support

This delivery is soooo late. I try daily to call, and my phone calls are dropped after listening to their recordings and following directions. Today, I called in 8 times and every phone call was dropped. Yesterday, I called 6 times and every call, except one was dropped. On the one, they said they would be here hours ago today. That was a lie. I have been waiting for them for 6 hours and counting.
