Waited an extra 11 days for delivery because I asked them not to come in a semi and to bring a box truck. Showed in a semi anyway. When I called they said they would just drop it at the end of the 200 ft long driveway. When I said that wasn’t the delivery arrangement, they laughed at me and said that they’d just take it back to the yard and good luck getting my stuff and hung up. Rachel and Don at the Flint Michigan office need a swift lesson in customer service. The driver was nice but I don’t want to give his name because he’ll probably get fired for being the good guy. I would give zero or Even negative starts but it makes you give 1.
