Lost shipment

I ordered a piece of equipment three weeks ago from a vendor in Missouri. I was told that the longest it would take is four days. After five days I gave them a call and they assured me the cargo was in Denver (I am in California) and will arrive in a day or two and they apologized for the delay, I get it stuff happens. HOWEVER, two days roll by and nothing, so I call them again and am told that the cargo never left their Kansas city terminal! They then told me it was shipping and will be on the next outgoing truck. So, I call them two days later as the tracking still showed Kansas, at this point they just simply stated, "we do not know we will call you back." Of course, no call ever came so I called again the next day (by this time the package was nearly two weeks later). Then, low and behold they tell me they lost my equipment. The piece in question is a 400lbs upright freezer! you know, small and easy to lose. It was been an additional week and a half now and I called again and they STILL have no idea where the freezer is. This company has no idea what they are doing, the vendor I bought the freezer from even told me this is the third time Estes LOST, that's right LOST, a shipment of his. If you want your stuff lost or damaged, then Estes is right for you. If you like you items delivered on time and unbroken then you should probably look elsewhere for your shipping needs.
