Had a $1300, 600lbs purchase from COSTCO online. Order was shipped on May 7th. Earliest delivery was today May 13th. I was informed back on the 7th that the order was shipped and I would have to have an appointment to receive shipment. I entered all of my contact info and waited. Today May 13th @ 5pm I got an E-mail from Estes Express stating that my shipment was cancelled. I called Estes and was told that my order was NOT cancelled, in fact the Estes home team had received it and was readying the delivery to me. About an hour later I went to check the status and now it says Attempted Delivery - Customer Refused. That is an OUT A OUT LIE! We were home all day, and I never received any call from anyone at Estes. Estes went so far as to send COSTCO a message saying that we had refused the shipment. I expect a interesting call from Estes explaining this.
