Terrible experience

My delivery arrived at the facility on the 8th of April which was literally 25 mins away from me. I was promised delivery April 11and then it got switched to the 13th and called to get a 4 hour window. Was told between 12-4. Never got a phone call. I called 3 times and got no answer.they never came. Then on Monday I was told the truck broke down. I didn't get it till April 17th. The tracking was never accurate. It said earliest delivery date was gonna be Thursday, but the sent it out on Wednesday. I get the items and the boxes are ripped and destroyed. Cedar company came to put my item together which was a swing set, they told me pieces were missing and wood was damaged as if someone ran a forth lift through it. So now I have to wait for more parts to be delivered. Never had such a terrible experience with a shipping company. They can't commit to times, or days, the tracking is unrealible.
