TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! They loose product, say they made an appt. to deliver and they didn't, no follow up when they don't deliver and take product back to their facility...the product just sits there until you call and check on it. You are on the phone forever waiting to hear from a Customer Service person. There is the option to leave a message, but it still takes them forever to call back and when you need an answer right away, you can't wait and wonder when they will get back with you.
