This company has had my shipment for over a week. I called after 2 days to check on delivery time.. at that point a lady in the Phoenix, AZ location said, "that is not at our facility it is in Flagstaff" I was only given one number at it was given by ESTES. I was transferred and told by another lady that I am unable to pick up at the Flagstaff, AZ location on Saturday but they would delivered to me Monday between 10-2. I am 2.5 hours away from Flagstaff, so I took the Monday delivery. I called Monday morning at 9 am, because of reviews I had read about verifying delivery, and they did insure that my package would be delivered Monday between 10 and 2. I called off work and waited at home all day. AT 2:30 I called their office again and asked when they were going to delivery as I had to go pick up children at 245. To my dismay I was told that they driver wasn't going to make it and they would set up again for tomorrow, Tuesday... AT that point I was very annoyed, I had used a day of vacation and waited all day. If driver called off why did they not call and communicate? I explained I can't be at home as I had rescheduled meeting from Monday. The lady told me, with out even the slightest apology, that it would be there Tuesday and driver will call with a better ETA in the morning so I would not have to miss meetings. At 1030 on Tuesday I called their office again, to verify delivery. After 1 hour on hold and 1 call back, I was told that they again would not be coming out today... I was given the same story on how they will deliver the next day which would be Wednesday. And I would get a call 1st thing in the AM with a call from the driver John or Don with and ETA. It is now Wednesday at 1145 am and I have yet to receive a call or a package.. This company is extremely unreliable. The company I ordered from sent me an email when it shipped apologizing in advanced for the horrible shipping company but they have no choice due to the fact that UPS and FEDEX will not ship something so large. BAD business. If you Have an option to use a different service, use it! Still waiting to receive my package! My thought us how in the world do they have an A+ BBB rating? AS 88% of the reviews are Negative.
