Once in a while we get one good shipment. All others are damaged, destroyed or lost.
Save yourself some time and refuse anything delivered by this company. They are awful, rude and unprofessional.
Example 1) We received multiple orders from the factory that were completely destroyed. I called them twice about a 2 weeks ago to find out why this was happening. The manager has yet to call me back.
Example 2) We received half our order. When I called them they said they did not know where the other half was. I drove down to the terminal and asked for the manager. Some big fat guy came strolling out. He told me he searched all over for it. I asked him if i could have a try and search for it my self. Within seconds i found it. I had our LOGO all over the box and it was in plain site.
Example 3) When delivering some goods the company backed into one of our trucks in front of our shipping manger. Instead of getting out and filling out a report he drove away. Not only are they lazy, unprofessional and rude...they are Criminals. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR EVER FOR DAMAGED GOODS.
We final told the factory that we will not except any deliveries from this company.
