Increasingly, Estes Express does not make pick ups.
Dispatch does not call to notify when our pick up is cancelled.
Common claim is that the truck is full.

In this latest shipment driver arrived - dispatch told him not to pick up freight.
Some new rule about freight values over $5000.00.

We are a customer over five years who pays Estes bills on time and have no claims to speak of.


We have no certainty whether freight will be picked up.
We simply can not rely on them to show.
