Items picked up and delivered damaged. Driver acknowledged damage and called in immediately. Heather Watson has argued, berated me and refused to pay for replacement of equipment. I would clearly recommend NEVER using Estes or Freightquote who recommended them, although at least they reimbursed me for their charges....pathetic harassing customer service response..... It took me 5 months to get a response!
