In addition to emailing, I had to call Jennifer several times and she was almost always available by phone, even after 6pm east coast time. I had to change my vehicle to non-operational at the last minute, and she promptly made this change. Ultimately, the carrier proved fine, and everything went according to plan. I appreciate that Jennifer was responsive and made it happen within the necessary time window.
