My son's car was arranged to be shipped by another company which got cancelled indefinitely. I found Envision and read the reviews which were good. But still being skeptical I asked so many questions and Jennifer answered all to my satisfaction. She found the driver right away and a couple of hours later the driver showed up and picked the car. The driver Rob was very nice and he also answered all my questions and let me video tape the whole loading process. In spite of bitter cold on that day he worked the whole loading process without whining. 2 days later my son received the car in good condition. The time frame given to me was spot on. I could not believe that it was delivered on time. I had read the reviews online where people have posted their nightmares where vehicle will be picked up, delivered out of town, after midnight, demanding more money to release the car etc.. None of these happened in our case and I am thankful mostly is the honesty and assurance Jennifer offered. I am in awe that Envision came through for me when I needed the most .I can't thank them enough.
