Horrible experience with these people. Took 12 days after desired pick-up. Told us that having trouble because pick up location was not close to major interstate. Then increased price over quote by $50. Did not notify us when pick up was made. We were informed by seller then had to call Envision to get delivery time. Driver wanted to deliver at midnight. He was told no and scheduled for 6:30 next morning. Driver arrived at 5:30 am and woke us. Driver was rude.
Very friendly on the phone but execution was horrible.
