This was my first time transporting a car. My daughter totaled her vehicle and was in need of a replacement as soon as possible. I recieved many quotes and Envision's quote was very reasonable in comparison with competitors. They arranged for pick-up of the car at my earliest convenience. Many companies said it was going to run more money to get it within the same week. Envision worked on finding a carrier immediately.
The pick-up went just as planned. They met me at my work in the window of time given to me. The carrier was very pleasant. He said the car would be there by Monday of the following week. I flew down to Florida to spend the weekend with my daughter and we recieved a call on Saturday evening with a delivery time of Sunday afternoon between 3 and 4. The car arrived right at 3 PM. He told us not to wait, but he would bring the keys into my daughters workplace when he was done. Once again, he was very pleasant.
Envision made a rough situation much better with their prompt, friendly service.
