This was our first time using an auto transport company. We had many bids come in and chose Envision due to their reviews on this site as well as their BBB information. They got us a driver before I was even off the phone with them giving them information on our vehicle!

This was a move from Washington state to Texas which was over 2000 miles. I felt their price was very good, pickup time was perfectly on time and drop off time was more than reasonable for such a long haul. The car being transported was my very low mileage 80's Toyota MR2 and I was slightly nervous about transporting it but I felt it was better and safer than driving it down.

Anna answered all of my questions and things went very smooth from start to finish. The car arrived with only the usual insect marks and road grime. It was actually probably a bit better than if we had driven it since there were other cars in front of ours. Nothing was damaged or missing.

I particularly appreciated that the driver called me the day before delivery and gave me a 1 hour window in which he would be there the next day. He was there as he said he would. This was so much better than a 4 or 8 hour window that even the cable company will give you.

As stated, I have never used a transport service before but I would feel comfortable recommending Envision in the future.

The actual trucking company was K-Line Transport LLC and I was given 2 phone numbers for the driver so I could have called him at any time. I appreciated the care that was taken with our vehicle.

Envision made this part of our move very easy for us and did everything they said they would.
