My experience with Envision has been stress free and the entire moving process ran smoothly. I was apprehensive about the payment options (regarding an earlier experience with another broker) but Samantha Miller was more than helpful and assured me that I would not be gouged nor have my card debited before a driver was assigned or without my express written authorization (she was true to her word). She even sacrificed part of the broker fee in order to give me a better transport rate. The driver arrived slightly earlier than expected and was extremely courteous. There were no issues with the transport. If the need arises, I will use again.
