My sister bought me a brand new 2012 Honda civic from New York. Since I moved to Virginia, I looked for many auto shipping companies. The prices that I was offered by more than 15 companies were about the same plus and minus $50. With continuous emails that I were receiving form various companies, I did not know which company to go with. Looking through reviews, I was more confused because many companies had bad ratings (ex. being late or being charged more than quoted).
Envision Reallocaitons INC sent me an email with a catch phrase, "5 start rating company." When I checked the reviews, I was amazed by how many customers were satisfied. So, that's how I decided to go with this company.
Throughout the process, one of the representatives, Micheal, helped me out with questions and concerns. He was very professional and responded quickly to my emails. He said that the pickup would be in 3 day period but will do best that he can to make it on the day I wanted, and he made it work!! Micheal even gave me an option to get my car picked a day early.
I am very happy with the experience that I had with this company and I will always come back in the future.
