I am a type-A personality that likes to have as many details sorted as possible before the fact. The gentlemen at Envision Auto were very good about both arranging the transport and being patient with my axiousness. They were also able to offer the best price for my particular situation, which is always a convenience in itself.
Michael was wonderful about responding to my emails and voice messages the few times he was unable to come to the phone when I called, and he was always incredibly professional. John, who seemed to be helping him out with the arrangements was equally professional.
There was only one issue with my order, which Envision Auto and I were able to solve fairly quickly and easily. The carrier was supposed to pick up my car on the first day it was available for pick-up. John gave me the direct contact information for both the driver and the carrier itself. After many failed attempts to reach one of them inquiring about a particular time as to when the vehicle was to be picked up so I could schedule it into my errands, I called John to voice my frustration. He and Michael worked to get the driver to call me back, at which time I finally learned when the driver would be picking up my vehicle, though the time was rather late. Michael called me the next day to ensure that everything had gone as planned.
As a side note: although very difficult to get a hold of, the driver was quite nice, and stayed in communication with my people at the final destination to ensure a smooth drop-off.
I would gladly use Envision Auto again, and would definitely recommend its services to those relocating their lives, regardless of the distance.
