This was my first experience with any transport company and was a good one. I have to admit I was very skeptical; having heard and read many horror stories. With Envision Auto Transport, the experience was easy and Mike DeBonedetto lived up to his trustworthiness. He was always available for a call...even while he was walking his dog! He always returned calls promptly and provided comfort that my vehicle was being taken care of. The most importnant part of the experience was that I was delivering the vehicle to my son at his college and Mike made sure the process was smooth and non-eventful for my son. I will definitely use Mike again.
