Excellent service and great communication

We originally went with another company because they were the first to contact us. They promised a specific date for pick up as this was a necessity as we had to drive 11 hours one way to meet the driver. The entire drive from KY to MD we tried contacting the other company as we had not heard from them in a few days. Neither that day nor the following day (pick up day) did we hear from them, either via email or phone, after leaving hourly voicemails to several phone numbers. Bottom-line, they never showed up to pick up the vehicle or had the courtesy to contact us. We have yet to hear from them. It was a wasted trip and very costly. A few days later, Jennifer called and told us our vehicle was still on the board and was wondering if we still needed someone to pick up and deliver it. She explained that the other company had priced it so low that drivers might not want to do the work. Come to find out, the other company’s commission was almost 1/3 of the price they were offering the driver. She listened to what happened to us with the other company, explained how their company would price our non-operable vehicle and understood the importance of having a guaranteed day to pick up our vehicle. She set to work and kept us in the loop every step of the way. She was professional and caring and very knowledgeable. Due to our unique situation she was able to find someone who was able to transport our vehicle on a weekend that worked for us. The driver arrived on time in MD on the day we needed and was going to deliver it the same day to us in KY. We had to delay accepting the vehicle until the next morning due to being out of town. I wish we would have went with this company first as it would have saved us time, money and a huge headache. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing help transporting their vehicle. Jennifer definitely came through for us.
