Unfortunately would not recommend this company to anyone. The owner and driver had ample time to communicate schedules and chose not to. She was rude and used foul language every time I spoke with her no matter how nice I tried to be. She was always stressed and didn't mind letting you know. The horse dropped a considerable amount of weight over the three day period, not sure if they fed him or not. I don't even think he was ever off loaded the whole time. She was very open to let me know she didn't like this horse and I think she treated him crappy. She tried to text me 1/2 hour before they arrived and asked if I would meet them at a Walmart parking lot instead and I said NO keeping in mind it was 2 am, my daughter was in bed asleep, and I was paying for door to door delivery. No customer service whatsoever. Second driver was really nice and very helpful when they arrived.
