I had put down $100 for deposit. They were supposed to pick up my car on 09/28/2023 and will be delivered on 09/30/2023. On the 28th, did not hear from from them. I had to call them and they said they can deliver my car on Friday 09/29/2023 since they do not have a driver on Saturday. I agreed. Since they changed it to Friday, I had to ask my nephew to take a day off to be present when they dropping off the car. They told me will pick up my car at 5pm, and I waited, noone shown up. I called the dispatcher and he then gave me the pick up guy phone number. I called him up, he said he couldn't do it. I was like, why wasn't I informed? No, I'm hanging and frustrated.
