I am military and used this company to ship a second vehicle from the states to the island of Guam at my own expense. Ellyn was our contact agent and took wonderful care of us from start to finish. I was on a limited timeframe and there was a delay issue with the initial pickup source. Ellyn jumped right in and found us another one in 1/2 a day's time to ensure that we got our vehicle to the west coast from Memphis in time for the earliest shipment to the island. I enthusiastically recommend this company for the use by military personnel. They may not be the cheapest, but they will take care of this job from start to finish and make the entire process worry free. Make sure you ask for Ellyn as your primary agent. Five star service, all the way around !!!!
