This was our first experience with a transport company. The beginning started out a little rough. We did not receive a call on pick up day which was a Friday, so around 12:30 pm, I called Elite. They gave me the number of the driver. When I called the driver stated he would not be picking up the car until Saturday. I was disappointed as my husband had wasted all morning waiting when a call should have been made to us in the morning notifying us the car would not be picked up until Saturday. On Saturday we received a call in the morning that our window was between 11-2. It ended up around 2:00 and we had to go meet the drivers, as they were waiting for us at a different location then was agreed upon. The car was loaded and the 2 drivers were extremely nice. The car was estimated to arrive on Friday, we were told a call would be made a day ahead of time as our son is in the Army, and does not have a lot of flexibility. He never received a call so mid-afternoon Friday I called Elite. They stated his car was not going to be delivered until Saturday. However 15 minutes later my son received a call the car would arrive between 5-8. It arrived at 8:00 on base safely. This company needs to have better communication or as a customer I would recommend you call first thing in the morning of pick up day to verify a time slot. In saying that, I would definitely use Elite again! My only complaint is the lack of communication. The drivers were great and the car arrive without any damage. I thank Elite for taking care of my son's car and delivering it on base right to him as he was on CQ duty the entire evening. I would recommend Elite just as a customer follow up. HOOAH!
