Booked them because they guaranteed pick up within 3-4 hours. After 6 hours I started asking questions as to where they were The truck suddenly broke down. When unspoken to the trucking company they were never even within 4 hours of the area for pick up. They also charged me $208 when the deposit was $200. Shady business practices. Would rate them a negative 5 if possible.
