When my flight was unexpectedly cancelled by SWA, I couldn’t drive the car I bought back home. While on hold with SWA for 5 1/2 hours, I researched about shipping options. Of all the emails and texts, Gaby was the most consistent, unbelievably found me next day pick up from AZ to TX for $625 on Sunday before Columbus day. Car was picked up promptly at 3 PM Monday and delivered by 8 PM Tuesday, one day before promised contract date. Let me add, I was so skeptical cuz I’m a single mom. Additionally, Mohamed (driver Gaby found) was the best, couldn’t help but tipped him for the professional job. Thank you so much. Sorry that this company has some really bad ratings but I am ecstatic. All thanks to Gaby.
