Gabby is one of the best customer service reps I have found! She was on top of my concerns, trying to connect me with drivers to get my car to Texas as soon as possible. She was sympathetic and professional. She is a terrific asset to Elite. She managed to get a driver quickly, with 10 minutes! This is unheard of as I tried with many other companies that never got back to me. I know she is in for a prosperous career.
