I picked Richard and Elite Auto Shipping based on a combination of past ratings and excellent price to arrange for the shipping my Lotus from New Jersey to Florida.
He has been excellent.
The actual transport company was OK, but their truck broke down in Jacksonville (over Thanksgiving!) so the delivery kept getting rescheduled, and the driver and trucking company were not as responsive -- but every time I contacted Richard, he acknowledged my communication, and promised to get back to me with an answer -- and always came through! It would have been easy for him to refer me back to the trucking company, but he did not. He took full ownership, and has earned my perpetual business.
