Worse than bad service

Elite was hired on 4/14/20 to transport my motorcycle to Florida on 4/23/20 The deposit was paid and pickup time was set. They never showed up and kept giving me excuses about drivers. On 4/24/20 I still did not have a driver. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. On 4/30/20 i still didn't get my refund and was told by Emanuel that he would check on it. 5/3/20 I filed a dispute with my bank and will have to let them take care of the issue. I have since had to find another means of transport and 3 weeks of wasted time because of Elite Auto. Find another company these guys will rip you off.
