Called a few days before my scheduled pick-up date to get driver info, Juan said he would call back. NO CALLBACK, called the next day Juan said he would call in 30 minutes NO CALL BACK. Finally got a hold of Juan and he was rude beyond words. Said he was with his family and was not dealing with this. I am in the military and must work on military time frames, this was shared with Juan. Still no callback. I left several messages, even called customer service # and got the total run around. I would warn everyone NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!
