Car totaled before shipped $3000 not refunded

It is very sad to believe you support our military when we paid your company $3400 to ship a car that was totaled before it was even picked up and no service at all was performed. No service was performed. You are taking $3400 for nothing done for a military customer. The $1000 deposit was paid ahead of time as well as the remaining $2400. No service by your company of picking up the car or the shipping company occurred. The car was totaled. Again - the car totaled before the date of pickup. The car was never picked up and the car was involved in an accident and totaled. We provided Victor the USAA insurance document showing the car was totaled. Again, NO services were performed. Again my husband is Active Duty military. Your company refused to refund the $3400. Your company supposedly supports the military. Clearly taking $3400 for services never performed from an Active duty Air Force serviceman is a clear example that your company in fact does not support the military.Your company is pocketing the $3400 and it is Christmas time. Victor claims that the shipping company was already paid and there is absolutely nothing he can do except provide a credit to us to ship another car and that is useless.We do not need or want a credit. We have been unfairly treated. These are extenuating circumstances with a car totaledWhat kind of customer service and what kind of military support do these actions represent? I am confident that after your Owner of the Company reads this that he will do the fair and respectful action of refunding the $3400.00. We have called numerous times and spoke to Juan the Dispatch Manager and Victor the Manager. Juan said he would do his best to get us a refund and Victor said that he-Victor is the Manager and Juan does not have any say in the matter. I asked to speak to the Owner of the Company and was told that I cannot speak to the Owner. I asked for the Owner's name and told that it is Serge Casner. Victor said he would have the owner call me. Juan also said he would call me back and we have never received any call backs. Again, I am confident that once the owner reads this that he will see that these were very unusual and extenuating circumstances beyond our control and we hope and pray that the company will refund our$3400. Right now though we our out alot of money of $3400.00 for no services performed.
