Russell was the first want to call me. The way he spoke about his trade reassured and gave me confidence to do business with him, turning down all other callers. My vehicle was instantly listed for a price he knew would get my car picked up quickly. Within hours I got a call back from him informing me that my car was scheduled for pick up. All I had to do was give him the name of my service advisor from the dealership and he handled everything from there. I received my sedan six days after Pick Up with no issues from upstate NY to Bay Area California. Would recommend and do business again.
