If you are looking for a shipping company that will guarantee a price and then completely jack up the price when they fail to pick up your car on the agreed upon date, then these are the guys for you. I am an ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY SERVICE MEMBER, and counted on their business to move one of my vehicles across the county, and after signing a contract for an agreed upon price and pick up date, Elite Auto Shipping Inc and their “customer representative” did not fulfill their side of the agreement. Instead the representative fell of the planet and after the date of pickup had passed then he contacted back and said that he would find another driver. A week later a new driver was found for an additional $300 over the original CONTRACT PRICE. The customer service rep was not helpful, but could have cared less about the situation and said that the new price was it take it or leave it. I will be reporting this company to all military service branches and representatives to be added to an offical avoid list because of the poor service and breaches of contract that they are completely ok with.
