I spoke to Juan, who put me at ease. This was the first time I've had to ship a car because of a job relocation from DC to California. My car had 2k miles on it, so you could imagine that I didn't want to chance it. My initial conversation with Juan was straight forward and he was transparent. He quoted me a competitive price and was able to find a driver in a matter of hours. Communication was consistent and you could tell he genuinely cared about how things went.
