On 6/28 I made a request for a 7/1 pickup. EJ from Elite Auto contacted me with an offer and promised he could get someone for a 7/1 pickup. I reached out to EJ multiple times to check if he had secured a driver. He became unresponsive so I spoke to his boss (or co-worker) Levi. Levi promised to do his best, but they were never able to locate a driver so I found another option. Then, they called me on 7/5 saying they found a driver. I told that them that I had already made other arrangements because I needed 7/1. Levi tells me he'll cancel the order no problem. EJ then called me to confirm that he was cancelling and no fee would be charged. Then a couple hours later Levi charges me $200 for cancelling. I spoke with him and told him that it was unacceptable to charge someone for a service they didn't provide. He said that's their policy and that he couldn't do anything about it and hung up the phone. I'm still in disbelief that they would practice business that way and I would recommend everyone steer clear of these fraudsters.
