Overall I would describe my experience as excellent with the shipper. Elite Auto Shipping Inc., was excellent to work with and met all my expectations for customer service. Ellyn went above and beyond and ensured that I was happy and informed regardless of time or day of the week.

There was one experience I want to highlight where I had an issue with the driver and the payment amount. I was able to call Ellyn on a Saturday around 10 p.m. ( it may have in fact been later ) and she was able to personally resolve the issue with the driver. After, her intervention I did not experience any more issues and the payment amount was settled.

I specifically want to point out that any time I had an issue or question or concern, Elite Auto Shipping was there to address it promptly and efficiently with no hassle on my part. I would highly recommend Elite Auto Shipping.
