I have used Elite Auto Carrier to move my car from New Mexico to North Carolina. I worked with Eddie, who proved to be very gentle, knowledgeable and reassuring provider. He has proved to be very reliable and on top of things. I was just a bit disappointed because the car was then transported with a Carrier that has lower ratings than Elite Auto Carrier on transportreviews.com, but Eddie understood the situation and he made sure that the other transporter would have delivered the car on time and in perfect conditions. Eventually, I really appreciated Eddie's work and would recommend him and his company to anyone who needs to transport cars. I appreciated in particular the fact that they were very professional all the way to the end of the process, checking with me many times if everything was all right. Only advice: I provided a large window of days to pick up the car; the car transporter of course came the last day available. If I had to do it again, I would provide a stricter window of days. Negotiate that first, and in case pay a bit more to have a guaranteed pick-up date (that's what I did with Elite Auto Carriers).
