Picked up our furniture in 2 separate trucks on separate days. Took it to New Jersey to store until house was ready. Requested delivery on 10/31/12 and given plenty of notice. As of 11/2 we still do not have our furniture and do not know if we will ever get it. This company knew of the impending bad weather but did nothing. Now they tell us o ur furniture is in a warehouse in New Jersey and they cannot get a truck in there to get it. When asked if we still had furniture or if it was damaged they told us they did not know. We can MAYBE expect delivery next week.
They gave us a price over the phone of approximately $4000 - $5000. When they came to pick up the furniture the price went up to over $12,000. We had to put a deposit down of $8000 and when we tried to give them a credit card they told us if we used a credit card it would be an additional $500. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is going out to Facebook also.
